This place suits me perfectly. It offers great amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and an outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with an early check-in, a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend trying the breakfast, as there's a wide variety of food available. I'm coming back for a weekend!

Nice place, not too far from the night bazaar, but not at waling distance of 10min as stated. But a tuktuk solves everything for 2 euros for 4 people!
Diner for Thailand very expensive, but was good. Next evening we ate at the restaurant at the night bazaar and paid for a really excellent diner with music in the centre of Chiang Rai only 1/3. But according to European prices both are very inexpensive. The night bazaar for 15 euro for 4 persons with drnks! And delightious!

Large and local breakfast plenty of meals.
Incredible location in a fairly nice area adjacent to the city centre, the night bazaar and the bus station and cheap taxis. New-fashioned & recently refurbished room with a huge bed. Easy check-in, parking nearby.

The layout of the Laluna Hotel and Resort in Chiang Rai has each bungalow/room separated by lush, vibrant tropical plants and trees. There are brick pathways, privacy for each room and a beautiful pool, which is ideal for families with children. The hotel has taxis, tuk- tuks, and mini-van taxis that conveniently take guests to the local night market.
The hotel's internet computers and tour booking areas, situated in the front lobby, which seems to have under-used space, could be set up more attractively, perhaps.

Everything. Huge wide flat screen tv with movie channels in english.Nice cool gardens everywhere. Big comfy bed. Big bathroom with big shower. We booked the room for 4 nights and stayed 13.
Only thing was no international dialing from the room. I had to buy a phone card from reception and use public phone in lobby in public location.

The supposed luxury of a garden view was ruined by obnoxious drainage issues. I almost thought about complimenting the pool, but then there was no bar open to enjoy. Such a pity they don't roll out the red carpet for special guests like me, it would have been a nice touch.

I had extensive and local breakfasts with Western food and egg station and freshly brewed coffee. It was in a central location, on the old airport...

The deluxe room overlooking the pool was very good value through Booked.net It was very comfortable and clean. The grounds were beautifully kept, lovely pool, helpful and friendly staff.

The resort is surrounded by beautiful gardens.
I faced several issues . The Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating as I had to log in repeatedly just to use it. The room was poorly designed with insufficient electrical sockets, and a lack of sufficient storage space made it uncomfortable. To top it all off, I battled mosquitoes all night despite the air conditioning being on and the doors closed.

NIce rooms, kingsize bed, a great pool and nice breakfast
Poor service from the hotel and staff, very expensive airport shuttle so we took another taxi and it was the half price from the hotel price, expensive internet.

comfortable rooms, nice pool & loungers, 'jungle' feel with the planting. Tuk Tuk or taxis readily available to take you to/from the night market.
Very impersonal feel to the whole place, a bit like a beautiful face with nothing going on behind!

The stay was very nice, especially with the gorgeous gardens surrounding the hotel. The room, a spacious Superior Double Room with a Garden View, was not only modern but also very clean and comfortable. A highlight for sure was the breakfast. It offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western dishes, which really set me up for my days exploring nearby attractions like the Clock Tower and Walking Street. I loved spending time lounging by the inviting pool too, which had plenty of loungers available.

the exotic garden
we have booked rooms at 1450 baths and when we arrived they had only rooms at 1900 baths. Nothing special in the rooms. Each time you asked for something, you have to pay for it.The hotel staff were not nice as other places in North Thailand. Despite the beautiful garden, the restaurant is in the parking of the hotel. We dont recomman this hotel.
